Can I Return My Purchase?
We will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). Sorry, no returns on monogrammed merchandise. If product shows any sign of wear or alteration (dirty, washed, worn, etc) product will be returned to the customer.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Please note that there are some items for which we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective, including final clearance items, and customized/personalized items.
Receipt or proof purchase required for exchanges or returns.
A 10% restocking fee applies to special order items. Full in-store credit on exchanges.
