T&R Feed Rewards is designed to recognize our loyal customers through rewards, points and benefits for customers who join the Program.
Terms and Conditions
T&R Feed Rewards is a loyalty program offered by T&R Feed and Rope Center, an affiliate of T&R Market Inc., to its customers (also referred to as “the Program” or “Program”). These terms and conditions form the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between each customer that participates in T&R Feed Rewards (referred to as a “Member”) and T&R Market Inc. and its participating affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Company”) with respect to the Program. When participating in the Program, Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program available at https://www.trrope.com/rewards-terms. Each Member is responsible for staying educated about the Program terms/conditions and any changes which may occur. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program terms and conditions at any time. Company reserves the right to change; terms, conditions, rewards/benefits of the Program or terminate the Program in whole or in part or your membership in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior written notice, even though such actions may affect rewards or benefits in the Program. The Program will be available to all persons at least 18 years of age. Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, or any other entity, unless written approval is received in advance from Company, in its sole discretion. Member is responsible and liable for any tax consequences which may result from Member’s participation in the Program. Membership required at purchase to receive promotional pricing and/or benefit/rewards accumulation. Price adjustments are eligible only during that promotional pricing period.
Membership in the Program is free and no initial purchase is required. A Member is eligible for one (1) Program membership only. If a Member is found to have multiple memberships in the Program, Company may cancel your membership and participation in the Program and you will forfeit all rewards/benefits. Company reserves the right to refuse issuance of a Program card, (the “Card”) to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. The Card may be physical, virtual via smartphone, phone number, email, or other unique identifier. Member should notify Company of any changes to personal information, such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address in a timely manner, either by visiting T&R Feed and Rope Center 672 N Highway 491 Gallup N.M. or by calling a representative at 505-722-4366.
Company reserves the right to cancel any Card for which it has incomplete, inaccurate, or false personal information. In the event that Company cancels your Card or terminates the Program or your membership in the Program for any reason, all Program Rewards Dollars (“Rewards”) earned on your account will be forfeited.
Fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card is prohibited and may result in termination or disqualification from the Program. The Card is not a credit card. The Card is the property of Company and may be revoked at any time by Company at their sole discretion. Any unauthorized reproduction of the Card may lead to legal prosecution and forfeiture of membership in the Program and all Rewards earned.
Earning/Redeeming Rewards Dollars:
The Card enables a Member of Program to access sales and promotional pricing, earn Rewards on certain purchases(excluding sales tax), or behaviors and redeem Rewards on certain future purchases only at T&R Feed & Rope Center. Member must provide their phone number, email, or Program Card/Number to the cashier before the purchase transaction is completed in order to earn and/or redeem Rewards. Company reserves the right to verify in a manner determined by us that the Member redeeming Rewards is Member associated with Program membership and Rewards. Rewards have no fixed value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable to any other individual or entity. Any transfer or attempt to transfer Member’s Card or Rewards shall result in automatic cancellation of the Card and revocation of Member’s Rewards. Company Program Members may be offered promotions (“Rewards Promotions”) which will award Rewards with the purchase of specified products and/or services during the promotion period and, when specified, by completing any required registration process. Rewards Promotions will not apply to rain check items purchased after the promotion has ended. Rewards will not be earned using store credits. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rewards Promotions will not apply to and Rewards will not be earned on the purchase of; gift cards/certificates, discontinued/select sale items, private sale items, event tickets, layaway payments, fees paid to others, or any items specified as exclusions by the Company from time to time. Company reserves the right to add or delete items eligible for Rewards issuance at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. Rewards will be awarded to the Member’s account with a minimum twenty-four hour delay after purchase. All claims for purchases not credited accurately must be received within thirty (30) days of claimed purchase. Company reserves the right to require proof of purchase. In all discrepancies, Company’s determination of Rewards quantity/size shall be final. Rewards will not be awarded if in Company’s reasonable opinion the merchandise purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any Rewards awarded on such purchases will be forfeited. Company reserves the right to limit Rewards awarded with respect to any offer or promotion to reasonable household quantities. On a return and/or exchange, Rewards may be deducted from the Member’s account used for the original purchase. If Member elects to redeem earned Rewards, the Rewards will be deducted from the total price of the Member’s purchase of items and/or services.
Rewards are earned in the following manner:
* You can earn 1% in Rewards Dollars per dollar spent at T&R Feed and Rope Center which may be redeemed towards future purchases at T&R Feed and Rope Center.
* Other Promotional offers which may or may not have requirements to earn such Rewards and will be communicated to you in such a manner as determined by us at our discretion.
Rewards will not be paid out in cash or store credit. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rewards may not be used for the purchase of gift cards/certificates, or applied to a prior purchase. Company has the right and may, at any time and without notice; change, eliminate, or terminate the Rewards earning procedures. Company has the right to change the Rewards earning rate at any time. Upon redemption of Rewards, the Rewards will immediately be deducted from Member’s account. Once Rewards are redeemed, Rewards cannot be credited back to Member’s account. When returning items paid with Rewards, the refunded portion paid with Rewards to Member will be in the form of a store credit. The sale or barter of Rewards, or any other award or benefit (other than by the Company), is expressly prohibited. Any Rewards, award, or benefit transferred, assigned, or sold in violation of these terms and conditions will be confiscated and membership in the Program may be terminated. Member Rewards expire annually (June 30th.) By participating in the Program, Member agrees to allow Company to communicate via mail, email, phone, external websites and various other channels. Member also agrees to grant permission so that Company may also communicate via text or mobile device. Company may use these channels to communicate Member account status, notify Member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions, coupons, information and offerings that may be of interest to Member, and more. Member information will not be used, sold, or distributed beyond Company.
